Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Analyst /Network Administrator who will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to work in a mission-driven organization where you can make a difference by supporting the technology that underpins the essential services we provide.
Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor & Maintain Networks: Manage Azure cloud services, UPS systems, and asset management to ensure seamless network operations.
· Security Administration: Oversee and administer firewalls, routing, DHCP, DNS setups, and 48-port Aruba switch.
· Infrastructure Improvement: Identify, plan, and implement infrastructure upgrades and improvements that optimize performance and security.
· Cybersecurity: Identify and eliminate security risks, monitor Sentinel One, RMM, and Cisco Duo Multi-Factor Authentication, and more fully develop cybersecurity policies.
· Systems Administration: Manage and support systems including Active Directory, Microsoft O365, printers, and overall network security.
· System Health & Monitoring: Ensure server and workstation health through the analysis of system logs, disk space, memory utilization, and security patching.
· Help Desk & Support: Supervise Help Desk Staff and oversee help desk tickets, providing timely support and resolution of IT-related issues.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in network administration and IT systems management.
· Expertise in Azure, Cisco firewalls and equipment, Active Directory, and Microsoft O365.
· Strong knowledge of cybersecurity policies and tools such as Sentinel One, Cisco Duo, and RMM.
· Experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Business Solutions (Navision/Business Central).
· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across a range of platforms and devices.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $82,500.00 per year
