Rowan-Cabarrus Community College is looking for a full-time Faculty- Information Systems instructor, with a focus in Computer Programming/Software Development and Computer Information Systems (CIS). Full-time faculty in the Information Technology program will teach courses within the Programming/Development and CIS programs. This position may be on multiple campuses in Rowan and Cabarrus Counties in North Carolina and may include day and evening sections, depending on department needs. This is not a remote instructional position.
Required Education/Experience:
- Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field or Master’s degree with 18 graduate hours in Information Technology from a regionally accredited institution.
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
- Programming experience in Python, Java, C#, C++, and Artificial Intelligence is preferred, and applicants must be willing to develop these programming skills as needed.
