Summary of Position

The University of New Hampshire Department of Philosophy invites applications for an initial two-year, potentially renewable, lecturer position to begin August 2025. AOS or AOC in applied ethics. We seek an exceptional teacher with the ability to teach a variety of undergraduate philosophy courses in our collegial and pluralistic department. We are especially interested in candidates who can teach business ethics, environmental ethics, and philosophy of religion. The teaching load is six courses per year, with a combination of large and small classes. This position offers excellent benefits and opportunities for promotion to senior and to principal lecturer.
