Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced career services professional to work as part of a high-functioning team in the school's Student Center, focusing on graduate student professional services and reporting to the Assistant Director of Career Development. You will excel in preparing the students and graduates for employment opportunities and overall professional services, representing the school and its mission to many audiences and connecting with internal and external constituencies. A successful candidate will have the ability to seamlessly transition between independent work and collaborative team efforts to successfully complete projects and programming tasks.

You will also provide strategic counseling and guidance for SEAS current students and alumni. You will work with Student Center Staff to support the creation of high-quality job placement pipelines and nurture external career related connections. You will support SEAS' Student Center events as needed including admissions and recruitment efforts, new student orientation, and other programs within the community- as such, commitment to the core mission of SEAS is essential.

This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, working two to three days per week on-site in Ann Arbor, MI after an initial training period, with a particular focus on being present for SEAS community events and scheduled programming for career services.

Flexible work agreements are reviewed annually and are subject to change dependent on the business needs of the hiring department, throughout the course of employment.

Salary will be determined based on experience.
