Essential Job Duties

•Serve as primary point-of-contact to assist likely-eligible clients to complete an application for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (formerly known as food stamps) benefits.
•Assist clients in English and Spanish.
•Track all client assistance activity and provide the PI with regular reports in Excel and MS Word using an existing template.
•Collaborate with larger team to perform translations of materials from English to Spanish and to conduct a review of materials translated by other staff.
•Staff a SNAP toll-free in-reach number to respond to questions, provide eligibility screenings, and application completion assistance.
