Job DescriptionSellers & Associates, LLC (S&A) is seeking aSystems Analyst (LVCt)to work on our client's site inSan Diego, CA .
Job Responsibility- Assist in the planning, scheduling coordination, execution and close out of IW LVC Training events. To include but not limited to generating schedule, briefing material.
- Familiarity with Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP). Experience with Live, Virtual, Constructive training (LVCt) is highly desirable.
- Experience with building training curriculum or conducting training analyses is highly desirable.
- Research and analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop, recommend, and implement solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns.
- Perform systems management and integration functions, improve existing systems, and review system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations. Analyze and recommend solutions.
- Transform user requests or requirements into technical design specifications and serve as a liaison between various parties.
- Specialized systems analytical support experience with a Navy acquisition program or related/comparable experience with Department of Defense (DoD) agencies.
- Works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently.
- May oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned.
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Expert working knowledge with Microsoft Project and be able to maintain and develop an Integrated Master Schedule
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent oral and written skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Ability to learn and apply technical concepts to assigned duties.
