About you
We're on the lookout for a dynamic Client Services Specialist - Licensed who thrives on providing top-notch support to brokers and clients alike!
As a Client Services Specialist - Licensed, you're at the forefront of the action, delivering exceptional support to an assigned broker or team of brokers. From project management to marketing wizardry, you're the go-to guru for all things real estate. You have a passion for proposal creation and presentation, and have a flair for showcasing open houses. You're ready to tackle any client-facing challenge, or transaction administration task that comes your way.
In this role, you will...
Balance multiple activities and projects at a time for multiple members of the team, and track action items.Draft or edit legal documents as applicable to transactions.
Participate in management and coordination of transaction and due diligence processes. entering deal sheets and submitting completed trade record and supporting paperwork.
Execute marketing campaigns, including scheduling campaigns, maintenance of mailing lists, and running campaign reports.
Create marketing flyers and update as needed to show changes in project. Maintain property listings on various websites; update Brokers' recent transactions on applicable websites.
Monitor competitor research and data collection, and liaise with appropriate departments to obtain data, such as company and title searches, and property particulars (e.g. financial, marketing, research).
Coordinate market reports and conduct basic comparative analyses. Develop pitches and presentations for a varied range of clients and brokers
What you'll bring
3+ years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry with transaction coordination experience.
Real estate license is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree preferably in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or similar field.
Intermediate proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Excellent communication (follow-through and follow-up) skills, and ability to meet commitments and deadlines.

Approximate Hourly Range for this Role: $26.00 to $33.66
Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
