SUNY Broome's Enrollment Department is seeking candidates for a part-time, temporary position for Staff Assistant reporting to the Director of Admissions, Director of Marketing, Communications and Public Information and/or the Enrollment Management Coordinator, as needed. This position is 20 hours per week. This is a versatile position which may include supporting enrollment and admissions efforts across departments with the goal of attracting, enrolling and retaining prospective students.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Valid drivers license required.
Banner and Slate experience preferred. Additional training and education in the applicable administrative field is desirable.
Additional Information:
The hourly rate for this position is $ 23.90.
Offers of employment will be conditional based upon the results of a satisfactory, required pre-employment Standard Background Check.
