Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging(DEIB).
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure HR practices support a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Champion inclusive hiring practices to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Develop and implement strategies to support the retention and career development of all employees.
Employee Relations:
- Foster positive employee relations by promoting a culture of respect and inclusion.
- Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a fair and equitable manner.
- Training and Development
- Identify training needs that support DEIB goals and coordinate inclusive training programs.
- Support career development initiatives to ensure equal opportunities for growth.
Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems that are fair and unbiased.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans with a focus on equity.
- Compliance and Legal:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, with a specific focus on diversity and inclusion
- Keep abreast of changes in employment law and update company policies to promote fairness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR manager or in a senior HR role.
- Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR practices with DEI goals.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software.

Salary Range: $60,000-75,000 based on experience
