Production Coordinator - Biomarker and Immunoassay (LEGENDplex)

Job Summary
The BMIA Production Coordinator role will be responsible for planning and coordinating both routine and non-routine work in addition to regular bottling tech functions. This is a highly team-oriented group; this role will require working closely with all technicians in the BMIA Bottling/Assembly group, as well as the planning, inventory control, custom solutions team (CST), packaging, and quality control groups.
Essential Functions

- Coordinating work for the BMIA Bottling team according to the bottling schedule provided by planning or other business groups.
- Participate in leadership discussions on capacity planning, process improvements, and training.
- Assist in performing various bottling related tasks to include dispensing antibody solutions, capping, crimping and labeling of vials, tubes or bottles, and assembly of kits
- Formulate products per approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions including multi-component cocktail formulations
- Verify formulation worksheets to ensure that information such as concentrations, lot numbers etc. are correct
- Data Entry, including use of programs such as Microsoft Excel
- Adhere to correct procedures, policies and health/safety guidelines
- Assist with Order fulfillment, sub-panel kit assembly, and custom kit assembly
- Provide training and assistance to bottling technicians of all levels
- Support and/or spearhead customer complaint investigations, non-conformance filing and investigation, root cause analysis and corrective actions as needed.
- Other projects or responsibilities as may be required.

Minimum Qualifications - Education and Experience
- >1 year of experience in a biotech manufacturing environment, or equivalent environment
- >6 months of experience with automatic filling lines and machinery
Preferred Qualifications - Education and Experience
- >2 year of experience in a biotech manufacturing environment, or equivalent environment
- >1 year of experience with automatic filling lines and machinery
- Demonstrated high levels of teamwork, quality, and productivity
- High school diploma/GED or some college
- Experience in a BSL2 laboratory
- Leadership/coordinating experience in a professional setting
The base salary range for this full-time position is $22.00 - 25.00/hr. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
