Job Summary
BioLegend is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Proteogenomics Product Development team. The candidate will closely work with department heads and scientist staff. This position will be responsible for coordinating operational aspects of the projects related to R&D and new product development, and serves as the liaison to project leaders and interdepartmental teams, such as production/manufacturing, and marketing. The candidate is also responsible for tracking the projects progress, update project tracking database and also has the opportunities to learn project prioritization and product commercialization.
The Proteogenomics team at BioLegend is an interdisciplinary team of innovators that combines expertise from many fields to revolutionize the way scientific research is done. Our TotalSeq products have enabled researchers unprecedented resolution in understanding cellular contributions to human health and diseases.
Essential Functions

- Monitor project schedule, and timelines from initiation to the end of product commercialization
- Monitor and ensure compliance to product development protocols within BioLegend's ISO 13485:2016 certified quality system.
- Deliver progress reports
- Working across multi-disciplinary teams to proactively tracking project progress

Minimum Qualifications-Education and Experience
- B.S. Degree in Life Sciences or related field
- 1-3 years of documentation experience within Biotech Industry
Preferred Qualifications - Education and Experience
- Previous stakeholder coordination skills with a good industrial mindset
- Previous experience working in a laboratory environment
- Strong logical and strategic thinking skills and ability to understand and adjust priority
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal/influencing skills
- Exceptional organizational skills.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $27.00 -$33.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
