Job Title: Vice President of Human Resources - Fully Remote (Non-Profit)

Position Overview:
As the VP of Human Resources, you will play a crucial role in shaping the organizational culture, talent acquisition, and HR strategy. This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead HR initiatives for a non-profit organization committed to creating meaningful change.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent.
  • Implement inclusive hiring practices and strategies to enhance diversity within the organization.
  • Utilize your expertise in ADA compliance to ensure accessibility and accommodation in the hiring process.
  • Human Resources Strategy:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • System Implementation:
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of HRIS systems.
  • Streamline and automate HR processes for increased efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR systems.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Provide guidance and support for employee relations issues.
  • Work closely with leadership to address and resolve HR-related challenges.
  • Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on non-profit organizations.
  • Proven experience in recruiting, including a deep understanding of ADA compliance.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing and optimizing HRIS systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

 

Job Type: Full-time

 

Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
