Job Summary
The Survey Methodology Program (SMP) is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Student Administration Manager to provide leadership, oversight, and support for all academic and student services activities within the program. This role will serve the students in the Program in Survey and Data Science (PSDS) at the Survey Research Center, Institute for Social Research.
The Student Administration Manager will oversee key areas including recruitment and admissions, financial aid, records and registration, curricular and co-curricular activities, and student support services. In addition, this position will provide administrative oversight for the educational programs within SMP, ensuring high-quality services for both students and faculty while contributing to the program's overall goals.
We are looking for a dynamic leader who can collaborate effectively with SMP program director and colleagues to lead a robust and effective student services team. The Student Administration Manager will report directly to the Director of PSDS and play a key role in shaping and enhancing the student experience throughout the program.

Work Locations
Work location is expected to be onsite in Ann Arbor with flexibility for hybrid work within our overall Center policies.
