Job Summary

As the Administrative/Project Coordinator, you will support the EVPCFO Office of Planning and Strategic Initiatives (OPSI). Working in our dynamic office environment, you will help keep our strategic initiatives and projects running smoothly by assisting with a range of administrative tasks, logistical planning, and managing events. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy balancing a variety of priorities, coordinating across teams, working with multiple stakeholders, and managing resources. Critically important for success is an ability to exercise professionalism in handling confidential information and deploying diplomacy in all actions.
