Join our dynamic and collaborative Student Services team at the Law School, where you’ll play a pivotal role in building a vibrant student community!
As the Law School Student Services Coordinator, you will help foster student engagement by providing essential administrative support and overseeing student organizations. You’ll work closely with the University Student Activities Office, law student leaders, and other stakeholders to approve activities and events, manage student organization budgets, and ensure compliance with university policies.

In this role, you’ll be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to creating an inclusive and thriving environment for all students. Reporting to the Director of Student Services, you’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on students’ experiences, while collaborating with peers who value teamwork and innovation.
Support Student Organizations:
- Approve student event requests (NDCentral), advise on programming logistics, and manage organization spaces.
- Offer guidance on budget planning and financial management.
- Meet regularly with student leaders to address their needs and ensure successful events and activities.
Financial & Administrative Support:
- Assist with student group finances, including reimbursements, guest speaker payments, and event-related costs such as food and travel.
- Manage fund transfers and support students in navigating various payment methods.
Support Law Journals & Moot Court:
- In collaboration with the faculty administrative assistant, handle logistics for law journal symposiums and Moot Court travel arrangements.
Oversee the SBA Store:
- Assist the Student Bar Association with merchandise orders, manage online payments, track inventory, and ensure adherence to ND Licensing policies for merchandise approval.
Event & Program Management:
- Provide administrative support for large-scale Student Services events, such as Welcome Week, Commencement, and exam periods.
- Manage student locker assignments and other student-facing administrative tasks.

Minimum Qualifications
Extensive (at least 5 years) student-facing administrative or program experience
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with appropriate prioritization and follow up
- Ability to communicate effectively during in-person student meetings, in email, and in short summaries of policy or process
- Comfortable presenting information to students in a group setting
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- At least 1 year of experience working with university student organizations, ideally as part of a University Student Activities Office or similar role
- Experience using Google products (Sheets, Forms, Gmail, Calendar)
- Experience with the NDCentral platform (Anthology)
- Experience with Notre Dame administrative/financial platforms TravelND/Concur, BuyND, Financial Toolkit, GLEZ
- Experience with EMS calendaring platform
