Summary:

The Senior Manager, SEO is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the company's search engine optimization (SEO) strategy. This includes improving the visibility and ranking of the company's website and digital content in search engine results pages (SERPs), and increasing organic traffic and conversions. The Senior Manager, SEO will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, marketing, and technology, to develop and implement effective SEO strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

*Develop and execute the company's SEO strategy to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and drive business growth.

*Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and phrases that will drive traffic and conversions.

*Develop and implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies to improve website structure, content, and link building.

*Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

*Monitor and report on website performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, conversions, and revenue.

*Collaborate with content, marketing, and technology teams to ensure that SEO strategies align with overall business objectives and brand guidelines.

*Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SEO, search engine algorithms, and digital marketing.

*Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists and analysts to ensure that projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

Minimum qualifications:

*Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

*5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic and conversions. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

*Excellent knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.

*Experience with keyword research and analysis tools, such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

*Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

*Experience with on-page and off-page optimization strategies, including technical SEO, content optimization, and link building.

*Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

*Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring a team of SEO specialists and analysts.

*Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business objectives and timelines.
