Budget Director

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Budget Director to oversee our budgetary framework, ensuring every dollar aligns with our mission, who not only excels in strategic financial planning but also embodies our values of innovation, kindness, and inclusivity in their work style. The Director of Budgeting plays a key role in ensuring financial discipline, strategic planning, and efficient allocation of financial resources to support the college's financial goals. This position involves leading and organizing budget functions and providing accurate and timely financial information and analysis.

Some of the responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading the annual budget development process
  • Assisting program managers and department leads in effective financial management systems and methods
  • Managing monthly budget monitoring activities
  • Guiding the college in aligning resources with its strategic goals and priorities and maximize the impact of spending.
  • Leading long-term financial planning efforts to ensure the college’s financial sustainability; collaborate with senior management to develop strategic financial plans that align with the college's mission and goals.
  • Designing and implementing college communications and reporting regarding budget and financial issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $79,346.00 - $88,686.00 per year

  • Accounting: 5 years (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Littleton, CO 80120: Relocate before starting work (Required)
