Job Description

SENIOR FINANCE ASSOCIATE, Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) North America, to administer J-PAL NA’s pre- and post-award financial activities for its sponsored research grants and gifts as well as other related financial activities. Will conduct a range of financial activities for J-PAL NA, including preparation and submission of proposals, development and monitoring of budgets, tracking and monitoring the financial performance of grants and other funding streams, preparing grant and financial reports, and participating in award closeouts.  

Job Requirements:
REQUIRED:  bachelor’s degree; at least three years of experience with grants management, accounting, or financial administration; strong writing, project management, and problem-solving skills; ability to communicate clearly; meticulous attention to detail and accuracy; financial skills related to the preparation of and reporting on complex budgets; good judgment; and technical proficiency with learning and using computer applications, including Excel, Salesforce, Asana, and financial planning systems such as SAP.  Job #24283-7
