Class Description

The purpose of this class is to provide broad, college-wide leadership in programming, scheduling, marketing, staffing, supporting, and assessing the college’s efforts to involve students and community members in a broad range of performing arts and cultural activities. Responsibilities include oversight of multi-campus programming, staff, and performing arts facilities, including theatres and concert halls. This is a temporary position beginning on August, 2024, and ending on June, 2025. 

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a performing arts discipline and five (5) years of experience overseeing performing arts programming and productions, budgeting, and facilities required; Knowledge of standard performing arts practices, including technical requirements, box office, rehearsal standards, scheduling, community outreach, and reporting relationships preferred. Experience in higher-education preferred.
